Description
Send HD or Ultra-HD resolutions at up to 60Hz and 4:4:4 chroma along with multi-channel audio via a single CAT6 cable (not included). High Dynamic Range supported at 4:2:0 chroma (HDR10/HLG support) alongside most other uni-directional HDMI 2.0 features. A local loop-out is also provided for monitoring content from the transmitter.
Enjoy low latency HDMI transmission using low-cost CAT6 cabling with this point-to-point extender kit. Paired transmitter and receiver units are included, offering plug-and-play operation without tricky user controls or complex configurations. Infrared remote control signals can be optionally extended alongside HDMI, either back from the display side or forward from the source end (in one direction only) using the included IR bulbs.
Power is also handled elegantly, with a 240V supply attached at the source (transmitter) end only. The receiver is powered over the single CAT6 cable, making installation a breeze even if there are no power outlets near the display.
Maximum CAT6 length for high quality cabling is around 70 metres, and this can be extended slightly by using high quality 18Gbps HDMI cables up to 5 metres at each end.
This unit declares its own EDID profile, making your remote display invisible to the source. Shielded CAT6A may be required for signal integrity in high-interference environments.
