Currently, Cable Chick is our exclusive stockist, but as more retailers adopt our brand this list will expand.
For goods purchased directly from Avencore, all non-warranty returns incur a 15% restocking fee and must be complete with all parts and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable once goods have despatched.
All of our products include a replacement warranty for a period up to five years from the invoice date on defects and workmanship.
